In a bizarre reversal, Federal Judge Thomas Batten has quickly rescinded his recent order barring Georgia officials from wiping or resetting the state’s voting machines, and is now allowing them to erase the machines as scheduled.

A federal judge has ordered that Georgia officials may not erase or reset its voting machines until they are further examined by the court.

Judge Timothy Batten issued the order on Sunday ahead of a scheduled wipe of voting machines on the 30th of November by Union County officials.

“To the extent the Plaintiffs seek a temporary restraining order to preserve the voting machines in the State of Georgia, and to prevent any wiping of their data, their motion is granted,” the judge stated in the order.

“Defendants are ordered to maintain the status quo and are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court.”

  1. The Georgia Officials should not be able to wipe the voting machines. I suppose they want our country to become a Communist, Marxist country like Venezuela and Russia.
