Several PA counties had planned to delay vote counting well in advance of the election.

Cumberland County, PA - one of seven counties in the state to delay vote counting - says that due to COVID protocols, mail in ballots could not be counted “safely”.

Local media reports,

“Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State said she was disappointed some county officials were waiting, especially because it is creating a delay in local results.

But Cumberland County leaders said with all of the COVID changes, there simply wasn’t enough space or resources to start counting safely on Election Day.”

Several PA counties had planned to delay vote counting well in advance of the election.

Commissioner Gary Eichelberger said in a statement on October 28th that the delayed count,

“…affords county officials the ability to concentrate on the smooth operation of our polling places and to ensure that appropriate COVID-19 precautions are in place at all polling locations for the safety of our residents and poll workers”.

  1. Hmmm

It is quite obvious that all of this post election mayhem could have easily and very simply avoided. The States could have simply mandated that all “mail-in” ballots have a post mark 10 days before the election to be counted. 3 days to arrive by mail and 7 days to count them . NONE of this was necessary. NONE of this the result of any legitimate motivates on the part of Government officials. It literally was designed to allow fraudulent votes to be introduced after the fact to ensure that Biden wins.

More importantly, acceptance of any ballot received after the polls close and any ballot counted after the polls close without a verifiable postage date of election day are in direct violation of Federal law. It is amazing to me that the media has been so quiet about the fact the Constitution specifically requires the Congress, NOT THE STATES TO SPECIFY the day of the election. The Congress did a very, very long time ago, and has not changed the date since then.

So, not only does all this post election scheming present a perfect opportunity to cheat, (and the mounting evidence already in the public domain proves it is rampant) it seems to me that it violates both the Constitution and long standing Federal Law. But hey, maybe the Democrats are right, they are entitled to pick and chose which parts of the Constitution and Bill of Rights they will obey as their circumstance and whims demand…
