Predictive Programming or Warning? Video Game Trailer Shows Transhuman Future

By Daniel Taylor

A recently released trailer for the video game Deus Ex: Human Revolution shows a dystopic future of human augmentation. The developers of the game are obviously well informed on the subject of transhumanism and real world trends in geopolitics and the technological revolution. While watching I can’t help but be reminded of reports from the RAND Corporation, the US Amy War College, Ministry of Defense and the National Science Foundation. Is this an example of predictive programming designed to propagandize the generations who will see these technologies, or a pure warning?

Get informed about these issues now and develop your own understanding of them before the media (or a video game) frames your ideas first. Research Transhumanism, Eugenics, and the Scientific Dictatorship.
